My husband, Rob, and I live on the South Shore of Massachusetts with our daughters, Poppy and Lilly, our cat, Coco, and our rescue dog, Rumi.

I am a seasoned marketing professional with a lifelong passion for writing, photography, and video. Bringing stories to life and aligning stories with the goals and mission of your business is my superpower.

When I’m not working on digital marketing programs rooted in storytelling and brand awareness, you can find me on my yoga mat! 🧘🏼 I’m currently completing my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) to become a registered yoga teacher through Open Doors in Weymouth, MA.
